HOW I GOT INTO RADIO: I was at freshman orientation at Marshall University ("We Are Marshall") and Cindy Martin, who was a senior asked me if I wanted to work on the campus radio station, WMUL. She was the most interesting woman I had ever met up to that point. I would have agreed to anything. I said "yes", and started out in news. However, after giggling uncontrollably during a story about Toxic Shock Syndrome...I ended up being a D.J. The rest is history.
